Roxy
A Challenge of Integration.
The Roxy website design project was an exciting challenge that allowed me to develop a wide range of skills. Working closely with the brand team, I created an intuitive and visually appealing user experience that captured Roxy's unique personality. A key highlight was the implementation of a customized online store, optimized for mobile devices and featuring a user-friendly content management system. Additionally, I designed visual solutions for in-store displays that reinforced the brand identity and created an engaging shopping environment.
Challenge
The objective was to create a website that would become the "digital hub" of the brand, where users could navigate, shop, and learn more about the brand's initiatives. Additionally, the site had to be able to provide visual content for the point-of-sale displays.
Idea
The idea was to design an adaptable website that would fit the Roxy brand elements and be flexible enough to showcase the brand's most important collections by season. The focus was on e-commerce, with a structured process of grid creation, information architecture, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and a highly visual final design.
Process
An exhaustive investigation was conducted at Roxy's point-of-sale locations to gather valuable insights. Then, a design and build process was undertaken to create an adaptable website with the brand and its collections, focusing on e-commerce and the creation of a "digital hub". The design centered on creating a grid and layout that would adapt to large screens and could be used in point-of-sale displays.
Solution
The Roxy web project not only met the requirements of a robust e-commerce platform but also became a true digital operations hub. By integrating a robust content management system (CMS), I created an omnichannel solution that unified online and offline experiences. Through an intuitive dashboard, the Roxy team could centrally manage all visual and promotional content, both for the online store and physical retail locations. This integration ensured a consistent brand image across all channels and optimized the customer experience
